MENTAL NOTE

"Though we cannot make our sun stand still, yet we will make him run."
Blue, resist the urge to use facebook. You can do it. Good luck.
Cats and dogs can be friends. So can cowboys and indians. So can we.
Will you ever reach Bora?

Maybe then there'll be some cash

    3. Can you stick your course on other places too?
Or is it just for the university crew?

    4. Just for the university crew. Just another custom made project... There's not much in it for the blue guy, making him cry.

  3. Blue, I wish you were a suede shoe, or a ghost who says boo in a voice like a coo, or an owl who says "Who," or a cow who says "moo," or a me when brand new, or a room with a view. Because no matter which of those things you were, you would still be our Blue.

    Love,
    Janie

P.S. Somehow I often can't leave a comment on your blog. It's making me... blue. I'll try again.

  10. Hi Blue,

Happy Belated Halloween! I see you floating by with your new disguise.

Why does this song come to mind? So Hauntingly Beautiful..

    or this version

    1. Hello True. Yes, I'm a devil in disguise floating around without my blue suede shoe (or legs for that matter). Send in the Clowns... Love that song. Can't decide which I like more. I gues I'm leaning toward Barbara's version.

Yes, you're right... I found a way to fly. Minor problem, though... I don't have a steering wheel haha! I might accidentally end up on Bora Bora.

    2. haha then I guess you'll just drift along to the song of the wind. Travel light Blue! That shoe is out there and it will only fit wonderful you...Just like I am waiting for the glass slipper ;) wearing Cinderella blue.

    3. Sounds like a poem to me: The blue suede shoe and the glass slipper.

      Delete
    4. Haha sounds like a poem indeed!
A shoe is all we need, need, need
Then our dreams will take seed
No longer will our hearts bleed

Haha the power of the blue suede shoe and the glass slipper

    5. Putting them on will make us feel chipper,
      (Very much unlike a stripper)
As the quest continues for another day
If you don't mind and if I may
Live long enough to reach that goal
Of finding that shoe and making me whole.

    6. The Blue Shoe and Glass Slipper
      shimmer under the big dipper
      connecting our weary soles/souls
seeking light beyond the black hole
will pieces of the puzzle finally fit
or is life a game of wit and you're it

    7. PS - I hope you are feeling better!

  11. Does everyone float in the blogosphere? Or am I just too drunk for this particular time of afternoon?

I'm terrified of IT. Not the clown, the acronym. Helping people with computers... ugh, horrifying.

    1. You... drunk? Never! Or maybe I'm so drunk I actually believe you are sober. If that isn't deep, I wouldn't know what is.

IT... yikes. "Good morning, this is Blue's IT Customer Service. How may I help you? What, you're computer broke down because you sat on it before you went on a diet? You don't say..."

  13. Oh my. Hey, I didn't notice any scary clowns out this year. Weird. You'd think in light of the coming movie there'd have been a few. Maybe they prefer to appear at different times of the year, just to throw us off kilter. Dang clowns.

  20. This is fantastic!

I cannot believe we are into November already. Thanksgiving (for us anyway), is two weeks away. Gah!

On a side note, I can't wait for It to come out on DVD. I'm buying it for sure. It was a fantastic movie.

    Have a beachy week!
